ALTERSTATE — Delete Your Account

This page explains how to delete your Alterstate account and the data we hold about you. Alterstate is operated by Pietro Marchioni.

Delete your account in the app

1. Open Alterstate and sign in.
2. Go to the You tab and tap Profile.
3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

This works the same way on iPhone and Android. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email support@alterstate.app from the email address of your account with the subject "Delete my Alterstate account". We will delete your account and data within 30 days and confirm by reply.

What is deleted

• Your login and account (email address and sign-in details).
• Your profile: display name and profile photo.
• Your check-in history (mood, emotional balance, clarity and energy entries).
• Your session history and streak data.

What is kept

We do not keep your personal data after deletion. Aggregated, anonymous usage statistics (for example, how many times a track was played) may remain in Firebase Analytics and cannot be linked back to you. Health readings you connect on your device (Apple Health or Android Health Connect) are not sent to our servers, and entries Alterstate wrote to Apple Health are stored by Apple, so you can delete them separately in the Health app.
